Body Type: Comfortably tanned, tall, and almost too thin but otherwise healthily muscled due to all the activity.
Quirks & Personality:

Over all very laid back, relaxed, and non-violent in nature. Enjoys things like hammocks, a night out drinking among friends, going out for walks, camping, etc.

Occasionally irked by a number of things including litter, extensive insistence that she is exclusively gay (whereas she will say that her communities are open to any type of lifestyle as long as it is legal), biking on disallowed paths, being compared to or be said to have an attitude or lifestyle similar to the Hamptons, etc.

Likes hosting events and having tourists or visitors over, as long as they respect her land. Very protective of it, as she is getting thinner and thinner over the years due to erosion from the ocean.

Tends to worry about Long Island, being that she is a "barrier" or "protective" island. She's kind of like a kid sister that steps between Long Island and an attacker (be it friendly and joking or otherwise) almost instinctively.

Usually, despite the time of year (though more often in summer), has a bathing suit on under her clothes in place of undergarments. Doesn't seem to think much of it, as she's used to going out and being ready to hop in the water at a whim.

Very proud of her ferries, and taxi boats, as she has been good at enforcing a lack of cars on her land (except for in emergency situations).

Can be a little flirty - as there is some partying on her island, of course. So she does have a biiit of a wild side but that will be exclusive to those who catch her in those given situations. Does prefer to come off as a place best for families (nice and welcoming, unlike the snobbish Hamptons), rather than just an island for partying.

Her speech is usually kind of lax, but she does easily get excited at the prospect of having things to do and will easily perk and come off as more energetic.
